Our newest addition recently joined our founder, Jez Barnett, for a live chat, spilling all the tea about her journey in hair, her salon, and why she’s absolutely obsessed with INNOluxe! Let’s dive in and get to know Chris better...

Chris Grimley is a true hairdressing powerhouse from Lincolnshire, and the proud owner of the multi-award-winning salon, Fusion Hair Co.
Specialising in textured hair, Chris has been rocking the industry and recently won a British Hairdressing Business Award - the first in Lincolnshire to snag this prestigious prize.
The past five years have been a wild ride for Chris. After taking over Fusion Hair Co, she transformed it into a haven for all hair types, especially textured hair.
Her salon has been named 'Salon of the Year' this year at the British Hairdressing Business Awards, and she’s been a key player in the Fellowship for British Hairdressing, working on exciting projects like Project Afro with legends like Jackie McIntosh and Lisa Farrall.
Why INNOluxe is Chris’s Go-To
Chris has been a loyal INNOluxe user for the past six years.
What’s her secret? “I saw the shine Sophia Hilton got on her vibrant colours on bleached hair so I had to try it for myself, and I’ve not looked back since!” she says. "We'd tried other bond-builders, but they didnt give the same results. That's what I love about INNOluxe...the shine, the finish and the way that clients see that as well. It's no good if the client can't see and feel the difference, clients love to see a nice finish."

Chris’s Top Tips for Textured Hair
Textured hair can be tricky to colour and bleach, as the cuticles are more open, which makes it so much more fragile, but Chris has it down to a science. Her top tip? Take it slow and use bond builders like INNOluxe to keep the hair healthy.
“If you over-bleach, you’ll lose your curls,” she warns, emphasising that INNOluxe is her safety net throughout the colouring process.

Chris loves talking to her clients about how INNOluxe works. She explains the science behind the products, and her clients love it because they can physically see and feel the results.

And the secret to Chris rapid growth in the last few, some say challenging years..."Get on with what you're doing, stop watching the news and manifest what you want. If you offer a really good service, people will come. Keep raining the standard and keep training and developing, it's vital.
